Words from the Pastor About McAdoo CP Church...

McAdoo Cumberland Presbyterian Church is about five miles from Clarksville toward Ashland City on Highway 12. While there have been three separate churches built on the present site, the original church was established in the early 1800's.

Some of the greatest blessings a pastor receives is to see among the members of a congregation the kind of spirit of love and fellowship that binds people together, but does not exclude others from that fellowship. I have seen that in the people of McAdoo. Reaching out to each other and also to others in the community and beyond.

Our mission is to present the Good News of Jesus Christ in a friendly and caring way, since we believe that all persons need to hear and respond to the life-giving Word of God.
